Ive had great medical care from Dr Wells and with the allergy department, Ive noticed tremendous improvement in my symptoms since my sinus surgery and the allergy shots. However, their admin has been very difficult to work with, on two occasions Ive asked for Dr notes which they seem unable to handle. The last time I had to go back and forth for days and have it rewritten 3 times because they wouldnt just say anything clearly. This time it took a week to get them to accept it, email bounce backs, refused and misplaced faxes, and now over a week later no one has even touched it.

In yet another so epic fail after an hour waiting only to find out my day of appt doesn't really mean anything and it could be another hr before I'm seen. Will never use Dr White.
