My husband has been seeing Dr. Merrill for a couple of years. I have never liked him because of his manner when speaking to us. He has never asked if we had any questions and he is there for so short of a time that I feel rushed and like I am imposing if I ask questions. I did not want for my husband to go back after our last visit, but he wanted to stay. This past week at our visit, I was told we have to have a credit card on file in order to be seen. This is absolutely absurd. I pay a large monthly deductable and my husband has medicare. He is covered under both. We have never not paid. So now we are being treated unfairly because of those that don't actually pay their bills. Completely unacceptable. We will not be back.
