Thai Kitchen at 4357 Washington Road A, Evans, Georgia.

I can't say enough about this place. Really damned good Thai food. You can tell they put a lot of care into their meals. Everything was very fresh, and they didn't skimp (ie my seafood soup was loaded with shrimp, mussels, and fish). The service was great as well, the waiter was very polite and courteous. They even gave us a small slice of complimentary cake at the end. The restaurant is small, and doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's definitely the best Thai food in the area.
